Sammamish Academic Prep was originally founded by Rohan Muppa, a 15-year-old rising sophomore at Skyline High School, with the hope of assisting other students at his school. At the time a pandemic, the COVID-19 pandemic, devastated many families. taking a toll on countless people including many of his classmates who struggled to find a balance in their education with the limited resources and attention provided to them by the school and their teachers during the pandemic.  He had seen an alarming number of kids who had just the previous year been A+ students but now had failed classes and were attending summer school, Ever since then Rohan has made it his mission to continue to help students like these who have fallen behind due to external reasons by finding patterns in their thinking and applying it to their learning curriculum to best suit their needs.
